If you’ve already been denied entry due to your record, it’s essential to obtain a U.S. Entry Waiver before attempting to cross the border again. Without one, you risk being detained by U.S. authorities.

A U.S. Entry Waiver is a legal application that allows individuals with a CCR to enter the United States without issue.
